Tencent Games Exhibition Interactive Project User Agreement Updated on: May 20, 2026 Effective from: May 20, 2026 Welcome to the Tencent Games Exhibition Interactive Project. Before using the functions provided by this project, including information registration, avatar upload, exclusive poster generation, QR code display, on-site interaction, and big-screen display, please carefully read and fully understand this User Agreement. By checking “I have read and agree to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy” and continuing to use this project, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Agreement. 1. Service Description This project is an on-site interactive experience system for the Tencent Games Exhibition. Its main functions include: 1. User information registration; 2. Avatar upload; 3. Selection of preferred game brands; 4. Generation of exclusive interactive posters; 5. QR code generation and scanning; 6. On-site interactive display; 7. Event big-screen display; 8. Backend data statistics and event management. This project is only used for on-site interaction, event display, user participation, and data statistics during this exhibition. It does not constitute any game account registration, top-up, transaction, or formal membership service. 2. User Rules When using this project, you shall comply with applicable laws and regulations, this Agreement, and the on-site event rules, and ensure that the information and content you submit are lawful, truthful, and appropriate. You shall not use this project to engage in any of the following activities: 1. Uploading illegal, non-compliant, vulgar, violent, pornographic, terrorist, discriminatory, insulting, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content; 2. Impersonating another person by using their avatar, nickname, identity, or other information; 3. Uploading content that infringes upon the portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, copyrights, trademark rights, or other lawful rights and interests of others; 4. Using malicious programs, scripts, plug-ins, or other methods to interfere with the event system; 5. Manipulating interaction data, maliciously submitting false information, or undermining the fairness of the event; 6. Reverse engineering, cracking, attacking, or gaining unauthorized access to the event pages, QR codes, poster templates, or backend system; 7. Any other acts that violate laws and regulations, event rules, or affect the normal operation of the event. 3. User-Submitted Content You may fill in your nickname, country/region, gender, preferred game brands, and optionally upload an avatar according to the prompts on the event page. You shall ensure that your submitted nickname, avatar, and other content do not infringe upon any third-party rights. If any complaint, dispute, or loss arises from the content you submit, you shall bear the corresponding responsibility. If we find that the content you submit is illegal, non-compliant, infringing, impersonating, malicious, or unsuitable for display, we have the right to take the following measures: 1. Refuse to generate the poster; 2. Refuse to display or delete the relevant content; 3. Restrict your continued participation in the event; 4. Delete the relevant interaction records; 5. Take other reasonable measures as required by laws, regulations, or event security needs. 4. Authorization to Use Avatar and Nickname You agree that, within the scope necessary for this event, the event organizer may use your submitted nickname, avatar, country/region, preferred game brands, interaction results, and other content for the following purposes: 1. Generating an exclusive interactive poster; 2. Generating a QR code page; 3. Displaying within the event page; 4. Displaying on on-site interactive devices or big screens; 5. Backend event management and data statistics; 6. Presenting the on-site interactive experience of the event. The above authorization is limited to purposes related to this event and does not mean that the event organizer obtains ownership of your avatar or personal content. If you wish to stop the display or delete the relevant content, you may contact the on-site event staff or contact us through the methods provided in this Agreement. 5. QR Code and Exclusive Poster This project may generate an exclusive QR code or exclusive poster for you. You understand and agree that: 1. The QR code may be associated with the user record, poster page, or interaction result generated during this event; 2. Please do not casually forward QR code pages that contain personal avatars, nicknames, or personal preferences; 3. If you voluntarily share the QR code or poster and such information is viewed, saved, or distributed by others, you shall bear the corresponding consequences; 4. The event organizer has the right to close QR code access, delete poster links, or clear relevant data after the event ends. 6. On-Site Big-Screen Display This project may use part of the user information or interaction results for on-site big-screen display, including but not limited to nicknames, avatars, country/region, preferred game brands, interaction results, and participation statistics. If you do not want your avatar, nickname, or related content to appear on the on-site big screen, please do not upload an avatar or contact the on-site staff for assistance. 7. Intellectual Property The page design, visual style, interaction flow, poster templates, graphic materials, animation effects, system programs, brand elements, and other content in this project, except for content legally owned by third parties or users themselves, are owned by the event organizer or relevant rights holders. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or use such content for commercial purposes outside this event. The exclusive poster generated through this project may be saved personally, used for on-site interaction, and shared for non-commercial purposes, but shall not be used for illegal or non-compliant purposes, or in a way that negatively affects the event organizer, brand owner, or other users. 8. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination Due to on-site network conditions, device status, servers, browser compatibility, QR code recognition, user devices, force majeure, or other reasons, this project may experience page loading failures, poster generation failures, scanning errors, display delays, data statistics errors, or other issues. The event organizer will make reasonable efforts to ensure the stable operation of the system, but does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times, on all devices, or in all network environments. Due to system maintenance, event closure, on-site adjustments, security risks, or other reasonable causes, the event organizer has the right to suspend, change, or terminate part of the functions. 9. Disclaimer To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, the event organizer shall not bear liability beyond a reasonable scope for losses or impacts caused by the following reasons: 1. Users filling in incorrect information or uploading inappropriate content; 2. Users voluntarily sharing QR codes, posters, or personal pages; 3. On-site network, device, browser, or system compatibility issues; 4. Abnormalities in third-party services; 5. Hacker attacks, viruses, malicious programs, or other circumstances not reasonably controllable by the event organizer; 6. Force majeure events such as earthquakes, fires, power outages, communication failures, policy changes, or public emergencies. 10. Privacy Protection We will collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an important part of this Agreement. When using this project, you shall also read and agree to the Privacy Policy. 11. Use by Minors If you are a minor, you shall participate in this event with the consent and guidance of your guardian. If the event involves content, game brands, or interactive experiences that are limited to adults, minors shall not participate in such content. The event organizer and on-site staff have the right to restrict users who do not meet the relevant requirements from participating in such interactions according to the event rules. 12. Agreement Updates The event organizer may update this Agreement according to event arrangements, functional changes, legal and regulatory requirements, or operational needs. If there are major changes to this Agreement, we will provide notice on the event page or related pages. Your continued use of this project means that you agree to the updated Agreement. 13. Miscellaneous The conclusion, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China. If any dispute arises from this Agreement or the use of this project, both parties shall resolve it through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a competent people’s court in accordance with the law.
